Tūrangi Community Foodbank Drive 2025

The Tūrangi Community Foodbank Drive is back for 2025! Let’s come together to fill the shelves of our local Foodbank and support whānau in need.
Across Aotearoa, Foodbanks are experiencing high demand — this is our chance to give back and show the strength of our small but mighty community.
How it works
Listen out for the sirens in your street from 5:30pm and be ready at your gate with your donations.
What we need
- Non-perishable kai
- Volunteers to help as runners and walkers
- Vehicles with trailers or utes

Suggested donations
Baked beans, spaghetti, pasta, sauces, tinned fruit and vegetables, cereal, biscuits, tea, coffee, flour, toiletries, soup, noodles — anything that helps put a meal on the table.
