Repair Café – Fix It for Free!
Get your things fixed for free by our dedicated and skilled volunteers at this awesome community event!
We’ll have expert repairers available for clothing, bicycles, small appliances, toys, and more. Not only will you get free repairs, but you'll also receive friendly advice and handy tips on how to fix everyday items yourself. Let’s work together to reduce waste and support each other.
What Can I Bring?
A jacket missing a button
A broken toy
A wobbly chair
A bike in need of TLC
A small household appliance
Our volunteers will do their best to help repair it!
Please note:
We can’t accept laptops or mobile phones – but there are places in town that can help with those. If you're unsure about your item, just register and describe it – we'll let you know if we have any questions.
How Registration Works
Registering gets you a preferred time with a volunteer.
Walk-ins are welcome on the day.
While you wait, enjoy a comfy seat and a cup of tea.
Once registered, we’ll confirm your spot by email and let you know if we have any concerns about your item.
We can’t guarantee a repair until we see your item on the day – and you may need to bring your own parts or batteries – but we’ll give it our best shot!
This event is completely free – free entry, free repairs, and a great time.
