Age Concern Taupō is hosting a free public seminar focused on issues affecting our older population.
In collaboration with experienced local businesses and organisations, the morning will provide useful information and insights for older people and their whānau.
There will also be an opportunity to try a ‘taster’ session of the popular Steady as You Go exercise programme.
