Get ready to stomp, snip, stuff and create!
FABRIC-O-SAURUS is a hands-on workshop designed to fire up imaginations and turn old fabrics into dino-tastic creations.
🌈 What’s It All About?
We’ll explore fabric and textiles, discovering fun and creative ways to reuse, recycle and re-imagine clothing and materials that might otherwise go to waste.
✨ No sewing experience needed
✨ Perfect for curious creators aged 5 years and up
✨ Children must be accompanied by an adult

During the workshop, participants can:
- Create a Dinky Dino 🧸🦕
- OR help stuff a giant BOOM ROCK for our exhibition entry 💥🪨

We’re making three BOOM ROCKS – one for each Hospice shop – to celebrate community creativity and connection.

You can also create your own artwork using the amazing and unusual treasures found in any of our three Hospice shops.

Stomp into creativity with Solve-a-Saurus, a fun and friendly workshop where big ideas hatch! 🥚🎨
Feeling a bit stuck? Not sure what to make next? Our creative dinos are here to help! In this relaxed and supportive space, you can:
- 🧠 Share ideas and squash creative roadblocks
- 💬 Chat with like-minded makers
- ✂️ Create, explore, and try something new
We’ll have lots of fabric-based materials ready for you to use and take home to keep your creative mahi growing. 🧵✨
Our shop till will also be open if you’d like to adopt some extra crafty goodies at the end.

During the workshop you can:
- 🦖 Make your very own Dinky Dino, or
- 🪨 Help stuff a BOOM Rock for our Over the Road exhibition entry
